In recent years, authorities have taken steps to address the increasing waste problem with the formation of new legislation and amendments or revocations to existing directives and guidance.
The company recognizes the need to adequately categorise, segregate, recover, transport and dispose of waste fractions strictly in accordance with;

- Pollution Prevention & Control (England & Wales) Regulations 2000
- Landfill (England & Wales) Regulations 2002 - Amended 2005
- The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers & Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991
- The Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (Waste Management Licensing)(England & Wales) Regulations 2006 - Amended 2007
